I am making changes with my menu, it may not always be listed on my menu page but if you just message me I will let you know if I will be making them or not. I’ve been teaching myself to make various items including cream puffs made from a pâte à choux dough which is something kinda finicky for me. If you do it exactly the way they show in the “edited” videos, it will come out like that. I finally was able to get a few to look like I wanted them to! I made these for a lady who just loved them! Now I found a “secret” ingredient (really isn’t a secret but for me, eh!) that might help keep the cream filling from melting!
I’m even adding banana bread! I did these years ago, but now they’re back!
